To build up and clients pool and customer profile. 4. To monitor customer performance and indentify Lost Accounts and Potential Accounts 5. Lost customer retention and new customer securement ( via telemarketing activities) 6. New customer visitation- to secure support are viewed by sales manager and branch manager 7. Maintaining small/ smaller accounts (1-10 TEUs per month) 8. To be key coordinator of Regional Accounts (RA) contact window to ensure RAs shipments go smoothly. 9. To handle FOB/ nomination shipments and closely monitor current FOB customers. 10. To provide VIP service for Premier Accounts to ensure their needs and requirements are met as much as possible at all times. 11. To prepare telemarketing report and sales related report as requested Essential Qualifications: 1) Degree: College Graduated 2) English: PET 4 or above 3) Experience: 2 Yrs of shipping industry experiences 4) Computer: Word, Excel required 、 5) Others: Sense of responsibility, hard working
