Navico是当前世界上的船舶电子产品公司,旗下的品牌包括:Lowrance,Simrad和B&ampG,公司在全球拥有近1500名员工,销售网络遍布100多个国家和地区。 Navico的核心竞争力是可以为任何船只量身打造其所需要的系统。自身拥有的多个品牌,让我们可以很好地满足不同客户的需求。 Navico有着遍布全球的经销商和总代理商网络以及独有的优势服务计划为所有的产品提供售后支持。优势服务计划是迄今为止全面的服务计划,使顾客在购买产品时对Navico充满信心。 Navico的企业愿景就是以其卓越的产品方案引领船舶电子产品行业的发展,并为客户带来优异的产品性能,安全性以及充满乐趣的水上休闲时光。Navico一直致力于通过令人信服的多品牌组合给客户带来切实的利益和价值。 随着公司规模,业务的不断扩大,我们着力建立一支高技术,高素质的团队以适应新形势。我们欢迎各地英才的加盟,与Navico一起发展和进步,我们在此诚邀您的加盟。应聘该职位 其它职位 更多招聘信息 岗位类别:其它 工作地区:苏州市 行业:年龄要求:30-40岁学历:本科招聘人数:1名工作经验:8年以上Qualifications: •5 years sales or account management experience. •Experience with &amp knowledge of Marine Electronics and a sound understanding of the China Marine sector. •Tech savvy with ability to sell Entry Level to Premium Grade Marine Electronics. •Business Development &amp Implementation skills. •Proven ability to work independently. •Boating Experience desirable. •Ability to communicate, negotiate &amp sell into a diverse customer base. •Excellent presentation skills. •Customer focus. •Performance driven. •Self-starter. •Effective planner. •A serious interest in technology. •Excellent written and oral skills.Main tasks: •Establish a China Dealer work and successfully grow sales. •Formulate account planning procedures for Dealers &amp Boat Builders. •Formulate &amp implement effective call cycles with Dealers &amp Boat Builders and report to management. •Manage prospects, customers, activities and campaigns through effective use of the Navico CRM system. •Formulate sales targets for Dealers &amp Boat Builders. •Implement marketing &amp promotional programs with Dealers &amp Boat Builders to maximize sales. •Implement Merchandising solutions with Dealers. •Conduct training sessions with Dealer sales staff. •Prospect for new Boat Builder business where applicable. •Analysis and reporting of local market conditions including competitor activities and marketing opportunities. •Constant review of Dealer channel and prospect for new dealers where appropriate. •Prepare &amp provide reports as requested by Management. •Attend boat shows as required. •Attend trade shows as required. •Undertake product training as required. •Collaborate with colleagues to ensure overall growth of Navico. •Ensure Head Office developed programs are implemented at store or Boat Builder level. •Work closely with marketing Team &amp others to assist with the development and implementation of marketing programs through Dealer &amp OEM channels. •Work closely with Internal Sales and Pro-Staff team to maximize Sales Performance and efficiency. •Ongoing review &amp reporting of relevant competitor products &amp market changes. •Travel throughout China.
