1.Responsibilities &ampamp Tasks:· To develop, steer and manage the sales vertical activities within the area.· Meet KPIs and sales targets· Monitor customers ' performance on geo and geo to basis plus own MR responsibilities and follow up proactively· Collect, review and analyze market intelligence in line with HL ACN market feedback process· Provide solution to customers ' problems which is within the defined Sales execution role and responsibilities.· Follow organizational policies and regulations· Oversee the activities and performance of the assigned sale team by tracking sales targets and facilitate the ongoing coaching of your team members.2.Requirements:· Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing / Logistics / or other related disciplines.· 4 years or above experience as similar position in shipping / linear industry.· Experience and knowledge in handling Export / Import on all Trades· Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin· Good presentation skills, pleasant, and drive for results · Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills· Strong ability on analyzing and solving problems· High degree of moral and ethical compass· Experience in people / team management preferred.
