1. Main Objectives of this position: support IT manager to ensure smooth IT environment of ANC offices2. Function and duties:To assist IT Manager to provide and anticipate the information technology needs and support to Area China in the most efficient and cost effective manner.Work with departments to ensure all hardware and software set up is in line with priorities set by Business Team.Ensure all hardware/software in working condition.To assist IT Manager to make contingency plan to ensure all sites have sufficient back up lines is in place, in the unlikely event of mainline failure.As helpdesk to provide service support to all online sites in Area China.Other IT field tasks as assigned.3. Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:College graduation or equivalent study experience;Good command of English (written and verbal) CET-4 or aboveAt least 1 year relevant experience in a multinational companyProficient in Microsoft Windows PlatformInitiative way of workPolite, patient, good team spirit and service attitude4.
