Responsibilities:Quotation management, evaluate and respond to quotation request, prepare quotation, receive quotation response, monitor quotation performanceContract maintenance, create and amend sales contract, file service contract and send to FMCCustomer service and OPS liaison, handle special customer request, handle missing sales contract rate, refresh revenue, verify correctness of retrieved rate, manager customer issueConduct mass mailing, distribute relevant information to a group of customersProvide back-up support for Sales.Provide administrative support for Sales.Requirements:· 2 to 3 years ' experience in logistics, Shipping or Cargo industry· Good command of both written and spoken English· Hands on experience to use MS Office application· Pleasant, organized and works a team player· Good communication skills and customer-orientated· Self-motivated and excellent time management skillsInterested parties please send your curriculum vitae with current and expected salary by e-mail to hrhk@hlag.com, information collected will be used for recruitment purpose only.？
