任职要求/岗位职责

Job Requirment The above requires that the employees shall all have an adequate technical education and an appropriate professional experience. The employees should ideally have a mix of educational backgrounds, including mechanical engineer, naval architect and marine engineer. Professional background a shipyard should be preferred, however, practical experience tests, commissioning, sea trials or even as a seagoing engineer is also highly relevant. Further internal education will be needed, as to understand the background of the installation documentation, how to handle a technical project in an appropriate way, and education in the use of our CEAS in-house computer programs and ship speed prediction program as well as our in-house shaft alignment program.
